Trying to wire these up to use the included toggle switch, but there are no instructions for which wire goes where on the three prong switch. Obviously, one is a ground, one is the 12v power source and one is the yellow signal wire. But to which post do they go on the switch? And is it OK to tap the gray/black ignition switch wire for keyed 12v to the switch?

Yes, helpful in figuring out wiring generally, but it's still not clear which wires go where on the hella stock switch. The switch is completely unmarked.

how about a picture of the switch rear so we can see the terminals.

this might be helpful?

Yes, that's helpful. Yellow signal wire to the center prong on switch.
