I cant recall what the issue was. Dash running lights only work when key is off. Key on and highbeam indicator illuminates with headlights off. go headlight on then off oil light on for a second.
This was an orphan so unknown hands have been here. The foil plug is buggered.
Is it a shorted dash foil or perhaps the wrong one.
Prolly gonna want to drive at night at some point.

I solved similar weird issues by replacing the ground(s) from the head lights to the star above the fuse box.
I suggest cutting the two into one ground from those light into two separate grounds.
