I am trying to buy a 6 volt idle sensor for my Pict 30, 31. Otherwise called a electro magnetic pilot jet that screws into the right side of the carb. Only fine them for 12 volts. Any ideas where to get one? Thanks all Jeff

No such thing as an idle sensor for these old cars, it's just an idle cut off solenoid or electromagnetic pilot valve/jet.

I'm not aware of anybody making a new 6 volt version of the cut off, only 12 volt versions. Your options are to source a used one (there are quite a few listed in the classifieds section), or you can replace it entirely with just a simple idle jet of the appropriate size (typically g50, g55, or g60 for a 30 PICT carb).

To add: if you're talking about a plunger-style idle cut off for an H30/31 carburetor and not one for a 30 PICT-1, you're not likely to find one of those in 6 volt. In this case, you can either replace the cut off with an appropriate sized plug, snip the plunger off, or (in my opinion the best option) replace that carburetor with a 6v 30 PICT.
