40 IDF Weber basic tuning

I'm trying setup my carburator but I'm a little lost...
What is the starting point for correctly tune a single idf weber?

Idol speed 1/4 from touching
Air/gas mixture screws 1 & 1/2 turns from what I’ve gathered.

The only 2 barrel center mount carb I tried was a Holly Bug Spray years ago. That was a disaster. From what I have been able to gather from this site a center mounted 2 barrel carb is not easy to get working well but some get it to work well and are happy with the results.
