My rail had weird positive Camber on the rear wheels too but it was because of the rear end alignment. What's the spacing between the tire and the end of the torsion housing? From side to side, that will give an indication of the difference between the two sides. Also, it looks like your right outer CV bellows boot is torn off.

How long has it had that positive camber?

Many +size arms are not made right and that sort of camber on one side or the other is the result.

Now, if the car has been fine camber wise since the arms were installed on the buggy, and all of a sudden, it has lots of camber on only one side, then something is bent or the pivot bolt has backed out.

I just finished up doing coilovers on the rear previously it was stock torsions. I never noticed and positive camber, however I always thought the tires in the rear pointed inward. I’m still tinkering with everything and when I was setting the pivot bolt I just did the one side then matched the other to the same measurement.
