Show me how you mounted your Blazecut fire suppression system in your Bug.

Why not see what's in the gallery first? https://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/album_search.php...t_dir=DESC

Yeah, there are a few there, but most of them are flatlids. I kind of want to see how to mount it in my Beetle with the least amount of intrusion.
I’m kind of an obsessive 😂, and I know some of you guys and gals are like me, so… how did you get yours installed?

Here's my setup. I used 4 conduit clamps and the mounting bolts for the license plate and license plate light hood, as well as a couple of cable ties. The lid closes with no clearance issues.

Yeah, I noticed yours. Thanks for explaining how it’s done. What are those white squares on the loops?

This is a very neat setup. Might just do it this way. 👍

The white squares are just double sided adhesive foam strips. I was worried that the Blazecut might wear from vibration where it was touching the deck lid. It took me a long time to scheme up this setup in my head, but the install was very quick and simple. I also keep a fire extinguisher in the cab.
