74 x 90.5….1905 daily driver engine
*engle 110
* non ported 40 x 35 valve heads
* cr 8.5
* 1-3/8 headers with single qp

Carb is a single 44idf.

What are your recommendations for:
vents
air
main
idle
Also what NGK heat range plugs(long reach) would you suggest?

Thanks

In my experience around that displacement, you'll want 32-34mm vents in a 44IDF. I'd probably guess to start with 32. That'll put your main jet around 140-145. It'll probably run with the Dunebuggywarehouse jetting but I expect it will be a good bit rich up top.

I would anticipate 55 idle jets.

My jetting on my 1915cc single 44 IDF is:

34 vents
f15 emulsion tubes (mainly like f11 but slightly different)
150 mains
165 air jets
55 idles

What manifold do you have and does it have preheat?
