Arm rests

Can anyone share any photos of the "construction" of oval arm rests? I have mine in pieces and I think I have figured out how it goes but I have some questions if it is correct or not. (I got it in pieces so did not get the benefit of taking it apart).

Thanks for any help you can provide.
