If you hold the core vertical with the hose inlets down and siphon some into one while making sure the reservoir level is only half way up the core, you will be able to tell if it is by passing. If water immediately comes out, it is. Even if you were to take off the end cap and make a divider to force a full flow, would you trust it or assume it would have OEM output? Given the amount of hassle to swap these out it seems unlikely.

I'll be cleaning my original core and pressure testing it today.

Make repairs as needed and get it back in the Van ASAP!

14°F this morning!
