Are there wheels on those panels or is that an extra cost option? |

The Toro grooming the ball field brought back a memory.
Dad bought a GE 'Electrak" electric riding mower during the gas crisis of 73.
I got it stuck in our ditch at the bottom of the hill. We could not budge it. It had four lead acid deep cycles. We had to remove the batteries in order to push it out.
I think he kept using it until the late 80's'
He had a Flymo for a short while too!
He loves that cutting edge stuff _________________ "Depression is a malfunction of the instrument we use to determine reality.”

We’ve all been there. At least you didn’t stick a 64 Impala in a muddy cherry orchard as a 14 year old
The freedom of a riding lawnmower around the neighborhood. Good times

Astrophysics might use a methodology of the ideal gas law to extrapolate a planet mean temperature , but this isn’t relevant for climate science.
CO2 is involved with that calculation, as you have to calculate n, at which point you need to know the atmospheric composition |
I am a dropout Oceanographer, I know a litle bit of science as far as weather, or maybe not. All I know is that when we have overcast days my solar motion detection light I installed for my dogs, doe NOT work. Can You imagine if i owned an electric car and relied on solar to charge it? oh, I almost forgot, The news claimed that scientists swore we were in a Historical drought!!! It Rained Monday night and it's raining again on Monday with snow expected on the mountains. Go figure!!! |
Less than 1/4" of rain does not end the drought.
It will take about 10 years of "normal" rain to make up the shortage, based on depleted reservoir and ground water levels. |
Nuff rain for you Mr Phil??? _________________ I'd be UNSTOPPABLE if not for Law Enforcement and PHYSICS.

The present cost of insurance for EVs has not been discussed here yet. Anyone have experiance on that front? |
I can speak to that. We have a 2019 Volvo V90 Cross Country (ICE) and a 2021 Polestar 2 (BEV). The insurance is roughly the same for both, and we insure both the same way, have the same drivers on both, and both are garaged at the same house. Both cars had similar initial values. |
