3x3 19 1/4 inch axles

I have these axles new in the box, no markings on them or box. I would like to know if anyone would know what brand they are, are they type 1 or 2, and what they might be worth.

Pull off the vinyl caps and see if there's any information stamped on the ends of the shafts.

Okay. I did that and one has a 100 stamped on the end and that’s all I see.
