I can't find any information on these. Where do they mount? Where can I get some?

They mount in the curved corners of the rear seat. Should be a single hole in each side, and a double hole above the transaxle behind the rear seat bottom.
I used 2 sets of seat belts from CIP for my Notch. That gave me belts for 4 people, and all of the belts matched each other. I went that route, as I wanted new belts, versus something 40 to 50 years old.
