Head gaskets ???

My 2413cc type 4 engine with 104mm pistons came from the builder without any head gaskets. I've read that this bore of engine should have a copper head gasket. Does anyone here know anything about this and if I were to order gaskets how would i go about determining the size to order. Thank you.
