Just wondering if anyone has ideas on this one?
2002 Jetta TDI, AC recharged (it was only 10% low), all fuses and relays seem good, AC pulley clutch won't kick in. Pull the plug to the clutch - 9 volts - at all times - AC on, AC off. Even with the key off it still has 9 volts on it!
Heading into some hot weather next week, black car!

It all goes thru the Fan Control Module that is for some silly reason bolted to the underside of the battery tray. Could also be the Hi or Low pressure switch(s). |

Thanks for the reply! The fan on the right side turns on and off with the AC button but if that device controls the clutch too then perhaps that is it. I will check my parts car for a spare and try it. _________________ We had the stone age, the bronze age, the industrial age and now we are in the age of mass deception and mind control for corporate profit.
