Just purchased this car, it’s been sitting 10 plus years, back wheels are locked tight. We cut the soft lines,
Any suggestions Aluminum drums.

Use a rubber mallet and (with wheel removed) smack hard the outer part of the drum (where the shoes contact on the inside) and make sure you have backed off the shoe adjusters and let off the parking brake.

It has aluminum drums…don’t want to destroy the fins..

I said RUBBER Mallet, won't hurt the fins but it will break the rusted shoes to steel liners loose.

Hit the part where the wheel mounts, between the studs.

I've done this but holding a block of wood against the drum between the studs and then hit the wood with a hammer
