Can anyone identify what this shift handle is from? I have not seen another one like it. It is in my dune buggy which my father built from a 63 beetle over 50 years ago. He has passed and I have no story about where the handle came from. I assumed it was original to the 63 beetle but I have yet to see one like it.
Any ideas?

I've never seen that shifter handle before. It is installed on top of a stock Bug shifter. It is very cool T-handle extension!
