January 2020
I installed a cheap "retro" Mp3 radio, is not definitive but works Ok and it cost $20
Also the cardboard was missing when I bought it
And I replaced the exhaust for a cheap empi one but with the two pipes
The last change of the month was to install "Koch" grills

February-March 2020
I located (in Netherlands) an original and correct year steering wheel with a part missing:
I needed a little bit of love
And I bought a repro switch, big mistake because is a piece of junk
Then I brought them to the painter (Silver Beige L466)
And you can see the result:

Very nice!
Do you have to find an original turn signal switch now? |

I´m posting the changes when I made them, and this was a change that had to be changed |

Just before 3/12 I had my beetle ready with the alternator and....
Not allowed to go outside here in Spain due to restrictions y spent a lot of time in Ebay. I found this in Italy and arrived during those days.
I don´t know from which car was originally but it fits perfect
I needed to change the dashboard plate

In the future I want to paint it in its original ruby red, anyone knows where I can find a ragtop cover in that colour? As I know it should be Ruby Red Canvas |

Other than seats, I am huge fan of this car!
Nice color, nice and subtle extras.
The replica fuchs rims are going to look great!!!
I am also a fan of replica fushs rims but don't feel like putting other brake drums to 5x130 |
