I installed the windshield and rear glass in my 52 zwitter while it was primed, so my son and I could take it to a few shows. Now that it's time to head to the paint shop I need to remove it. Is there a trick to getting the glass back out intact? Or should I just bite the bullet and cut the rubber? New rubber is cheaper than new glass, but I'd rather not buy either if there's a trick. 2 people? 5 people? Start at the top or corners?
Any help is much appreciated

You answered your own question. New rubber is cheaper than new glass. Why even take the chance? _________________ scrapyards are for quitters
