I installed the windshield and rear glass in my 52 zwitter while it was primed, so my son and I could take it to a few shows. Now that it's time to head to the paint shop I need to remove it. Is there a trick to getting the glass back out intact? Or should I just bite the bullet and cut the rubber? New rubber is cheaper than new glass, but I'd rather not buy either if there's a trick. 2 people? 5 people? Start at the top or corners?
Any help is much appreciated

You answered your own question. New rubber is cheaper than new glass. Why even take the chance?

Cut the rubber.
