| Hi guys.... I nearly died when I found out the cost of 356c tie rods (short and long)....does anyone know if I could swap them for VW type??? Tenth of the cost.....cheers paull[/u] |

On a '65 VW the length of the long rod is 25 inches plus or minus 1/4 inch. THe length of the short one is 10 inches plus or minus 1/4 inch. The diameter of the threads on tie rod ends is 14mm.
