I'll save ya some trouble... the least expensive gas prices are usually in Oklahoma City, the further you get from O.C. the more you pay. I couldn't tell ya what exactly they are right this moment but O.C. is generally the least expensive.

You knew there HAD to be some reason to live there! Laughing

In Canada it where they sell it by the liter it works out to something like $4.50 U.S. per gallon, Canadians feel free to chime in with up-to-the-minute price updates. Betcha feel better about $3.08 now, eh?

In SW CT it seems to be around $2.85 at the moment. Eastern CT seems to be about 5 cents cheaper. (that was three days ago - still have a 1/2 tank left so haven't filled up lately).
Two weeks ago it was around $2.70 but while visiting a bug event in NJ found it there at $2.42

There's no rhyme or reason to these prices. I've given up trying to figure out what the pattern is.

Correction: went out during lunch and it is around $3 now.

Oh really? Then why is gas always cheaper up in Missouri? (*hint* I live in the OKC metro area).

It's also illegal to pump your own in New Jersey. Gas is cheap in Jersey especially along the top of I-95 'cuz the refineries are right there. Probably the same deal in Missouri.

Mid grade is cheaper than regular in Iowa because there's a big shot of alcohol in it, the state give 'em a tax break on it. It was last time I was through there, anyway.

$1.15/ litre here in New Brunswick, Canada. Makes me glad I'm driving a Diesel Jetta (even though Diesel is up to $1.09/ litre).

Let's try to convert this.
$1.15CAN = $1.01US
1US Gallon = 3.7843 liters
therefore:
approximately $3.82 per gallon.

I just filled up my truck yesterday here in Caldwell, ID and it was $2.479/gallon.

BTW, you can get gas prices across the US and Canada at

Southern Oregon it was 2.95 yesterday when I filled up my sqaure.
I heard on the news that gas is expected to go up another .20 cents a gallon by the end of may.

There is a little natural law out there called Supply and Demand. Maybe you should look it up. Rolling Eyes

Cause they don't have a huge road tax on gas like we do here in Kansas. Missourri roads pretty much suck wherever you go.
