Little help please. Don't know why my alt. pulley keeps sawing the front housing of my alt. This has happened for the second time. First time I had just figured a bearing went bad. That was not the case. Replaced alt. anyway. Went for a ride today, crazy noise again!

Add a spacer.

Mismatch of parts or you lost the spacer.

If you are running aluminum pulley as it would seem in picture, as OPRN says, mismatched parts... You need stock pulley and all required spacers....
