After cracking 2 new plastic tanks I'm about to hit order on the aluminum one.
But first, in diagnosing what could be causing this, beyond just cheap plastic and lack of OEM quality, does anyone think that not having the "right" diameter hoses for my 2.2 Subaru would be causing the tanks under pressure to crack? Currently, I am running the 2.1L configuration with a slightly larger hose diameter on the lower fitting.
When saying "right" diameter, I am more specifically referencing the options that Van Cafe is selling in 3 different engine configurations. |

It doesn't change anything, the top hose is just the return for bleeding.
All lower hoses are big besides some very early diesels I recall. _________________ Silicone Steering Boots and 930 Cv boots for sale in the classifieds.
