Hi guys,
After some picture problems on my old topic i decided to start all over on a new one..
Im from belgium so don't mind my crap translate work
Bought the bus from a guy who shipped it from CA to Belgium.
Due to some medical family issues he needed to sell..
Bus looked very rust but it was better dan a goodlookin -full of bondo- bus!
Will show a lot of pics in the next days!
Bought some new sheet metal!

Front cross member and outrigger in place
Everything is coated with weld thru primer!

Some more sheet metzal fitted and welded in!
wrote my name, signature, location and date of the restoration, maybe if someone is gonna restore the bus in 50 years he's gonna read it
and front floor is in!

Cargo door gap looks good! Needs a little tweakin'
Also did a testfit on the doglegg

welded the doglegg in place!
very happy with the result!
also started on the cargo floor area,
all welded in and primed

Right side panel and rear corner glued/welded.
everything blasted an coated in primer

everything was dented so decided to cut it all out and replace with new metal:

Time for some sandblasting!
And sprayed some primer to keep it from rust:
Some more welding, aint gonne use the OG heater tubes:
And filled a hole in the back
