Have a car coming up soon that the owner wants his turtlebacks used on the car. As usual missing 3. Anybody make a solution other than trying to find them? Worse case I have a machinist nearby that I can talk to about fabbing them. _________________ D-Dubya Manx clone - 63 Short pan,1914.

Assuming your talking about these 'Formula Vee' Mag Wheels and center caps.
Haven't seen any available in theSamba Classified's or other whereabouts for quite some time. Maybe place a "WTB" in the Wheel / Tire Classifieds.
I too am surprised someone has not reproduced a replacement center cap for these wheels.
I've seen the Wolfsburg Horn Button used, they seem to fit the center hole bore.

Yep...I am having a hard time paying what folks want for a half decent cap. I am hoping someone has come up with something so I dont have to reinvent the wheel. _________________ D-Dubya Manx clone - 63 Short pan,1914.

Did you ever find these? I have 3 and am missing 1. Can't find them anywhere? Did you have any luck with the machinist? |

I have 2 used ones sitting on my desk. neither is really pretty. If interested, email me. I used the 3d printed ones from guy in Scandanavia. Check the facebook Turtleback page. _________________ D-Dubya Manx clone - 63 Short pan,1914.
