Bus roof gutter 2K seam sealer - how much?

Does anyone know how much 2K seam sealer is needed to do the roof gutter on a split bus? I'm looking at the self-leveling 2K products from 3M (08307) and Lord Fusor (122EZ), which seem to come in 200-210ml cartridges.

Any insight into the coverage on this stuff, or tips for using it? Thanks!

Not sure if it helps but i used a bit less than a tube of this SEM brand for my Double Cab.
