My bus was running a few months ago. Now I cannot get it to fire. I plan on checking the valves, bit since it has a pertronix (pre-installed by Ronnie), I don't know how to check that.
I think I should have a set of pints to install if the trouble shooting takes me down that path. Can anyone recommend what points should be on an 034 SVDA?
I also have an electronic distributor in the box. I don't want to over complicate things, but could I just swap out the distributor?
The motor as a whole has less than 5,000 miles on it. _________________ Kevin Albrecht

01011 and they come from different manufacturers. 01011 was the Bosch short number. Here are 8 different manufacturers: https://www.vwnos.com/search?q=01011 _________________ www.vwnos.com [email protected]
