Fargo Dunebuggy for sale in my area

I saw this for sale on CL and Marketplace the other day. I know nothing about it and it ain't mine. But, I thought that it was interesting.

Interesting.

It has potential but for running on the street that design with the wide "roll bar" cover and tiny rear window leaves a HUGE blind spot. Shoulder checking would be impossible.
