Got this Baja in a trade a few weeks ago.
A lot of it was a bit of a mystery on what it’s got.

Longer front arms
Combo spindles
( wright place maybe?)
Front drums
Wider beam
Steering rack with tie rod end steering not heim
The beam has grub screws so it was torsion at one point
Wiring and gauges are alright but old
Nice seats but the drivers is mounted too high for me.
Wilwood masters

The rear is weird has torsion bars with the adjustable center and coil overs
3x5 arms tranny is slid back 2 inches it seems
Random rear disks also has a secondary shock that is no name garbage and I see shock mounts from what used to be a tripple shock setup.
No shock mounts are double sheered so that’s a bummer
Overall it’s got some weird stuff going on but seems like a promising car.

Had a 1776 that killed a valve spring my first drive
3 rib 002 bus box
Not sure on CVs
Has 100 mm outer but could be type 4 or type 2 based on width but I haven’t pulled them out to check.

The guy threw in some airkewld rear disks and a built ford 2.3

So I figured I’ll just throw the 2.3 in it

Better pressure plate
Made some engine mounts now I’m at the part of mounting a radiator
Messing with places to put the thing and I find tubes running from the tranny through the tunnel and out the front so it’s got coolant lines.
I guess it was previously water cooled
The tranny side is cut poorly so I have to figure out how to fix that I guess.
Front radiator would be ideal and I don’t wanna have to run those tubes again so any ideas on salvaging them would be appreciated.
