It needs more than just a motor, the doors appear to be held shut with a strap. Do the windows in the doors work? Are you mechanically inclined to do the work yourself? It is far from original condition so it is hard to say how much you would need to put into it. What would your goal be for the car?

The rockers are full of rust, the side trim holes have been bondo'd over, and the nose is full of bondo, which means metalwork bodywork and paint. Paint as well for the engine lid. It needs an entire interior including headliner which means all the glass has to come out. Being an outdoor desert dweller, it's likely had critters living in it, which means a new wiring harness and, well, have you ever scooped piles of mouse shit out of a car (spoiler alert, it's not fun!).

This car needs a motor plus a full restoration. Unless you're into patina rides or you want to spend a ton of money, walk away. There's better cars out there.

There's a saying in the Porsche community, that goes "there's no such thing as a cheap Porsche". You either pay up front for a nice well-sorted car, or you pay on the back end to fix all the problems on a cheap, neglected car. This saying is true for Ghias as well. Just thought I'd mention that since this is your 2nd post asking buying advice on very cheap Ghias with serious issues.

There’s no such thing as a cheap Ghia. It’s a case of pay me now, or pay me later.
