Or right taillight when the headlights are on.
The lights on my 64 were all working fine...brake lights, parking lights, turn signals . While going up a steep driveway the battery bounced and bumped the right rear bulbholder. It broke the connection and the result was a weak right rear brake, parking, and headlights on taillight...but they all still worked.....just very dim(bad ground). I order a new repro WW bulb housing and install it using my old seal and chrome ring. Now the brake light is nice and bright so is the turn signal but I have no light on with either the parking lights or headlights turned on.
Any ideas?

I would check that dual filament as well. Also, try grounding the housing to the body or frame. Mine would not work til I did that and I bought them from WW as well.

If the light for the lisence plate. did work and still does. It would be something with the housing of the tail light.

this may also sound kind of stupid, but make shure your light bulb is in right. We were leaving for a show a few months ago in my 63 bug when we noticed the turn signal wasent working.we spent about an hour trying to figure out the problem, when I gave the light bulb a twist and it worked.
