Gary is truly an asset to this website and the VW community. I emailed him regarding some clutch supports for my Autostick and he quickly sent out the parts. When I realized that I had made a mistake and gotten the wrong supports, Gary accepted them back, credited me, and then sent me back the correct ones after all - with no additional shipping costs.

You normally expect to get customer service like that at your local Walmart or Target, but not from a guy who's in the business because he loves the hobby. Excellent communication - always within hours of emailing him, careful packaging and an easy transaction means that I will have no problem ordering parts from him again and/or recommending him to others on this site.
