Eric is awesome! I bought some large sheetmetal stuff that required to be shipped from Cali all the way to New Jersey via Greyhound. He packaged it REALLY well...wrapped it in carpet padding, then pallet wrapped the whole item. Made it safe and sound to NJ, AND he even refunded me the extra money I paid towards the shipping, charging only what Greyhound charged.
When it comes to dealing with him, don't even think twice, just do it!
Thanks again Eric!

My experience with Eric hasn't been so great. I bought a complete front end on 12/31/11 and sent him $ immediately. He said he was busy that weekend but would package it up and send via greyhound the following weekend. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted him to find out status and was told that his shop worker had been out sick, but it would ship that weekend for sure. A couple more weeks go by without a word, so I send another email in early February asking how it was coming along - he never responded. Sent another email this last Friday - no response.
I realize a front end is fairly large to ship, but nearly 2 months is more than enough time to get it out the door, and the fact that he won't respond to inquires is unacceptable, especially when he's had my money for a couple months. Sounds like he's played this same game with at least one other guy reading through feedback.
At this point I just want my money back, and unfortunately I'm past the 45 day window for paypal protection, so I'm going to pursue a chargeback on my cc.

Paid $75.00 (including shipping) for a crowsfoot rim on 1/22/12.
Was told it was a 9/59 date code (pictures were not clear enough to tell). Since I needed a 10/59 date code, this would do for now.
I told to him ship it around 1/25/12. After two weeks, no rim, sent a questioning email (two actually). He replied it was shipped, and I should have by the end of the week. Two more weeks passed, I again emailed (twice more), no response to either.
I filed a complaint with Paypals resolution center. No response, however, rim did arrive today 2/21/12. I cancelled my Paypal complaint.
However the date code is a 9/58, useless to me. I could've filed another Paypal complaint for "item not as described" (I have the emails to prove it). But somethings aren't worth the effort.

Just received a door that Eric had sent via Greyhound. It only took two weeks from sale to delivery, and he answered my pesky emails. The door is exactly what was advertised. He did a great job.
Thanks, Eric. |

Bought a dimple/ribbed fender from Eric. Honest, quick transaction. Fender delivered via Greyhound expertly packed and exactly as described.
Can't emphasize enough how dealing with him put me at ease for a $200+ exchange.
I emailed on Friday. Decided on a price Saturday. Shipped Sunday. In my hands Monday. Sacramento to Vegas.
Now, if they all went that easy!
Thanks again! _________________ -Ryan
