TRUE LIFE ADVENTURE ZSIDO MY IDOL STORIES - HAWAII SHIPPING DETAILS FROM THE MINNESOTA DUDE
Aloha Everybody, coming to you from Beautiful Hawaii Nei in Marvelous, Honolulu, Hawaii.
This Month's Story is About the "Hawaii Shipping Details From The Minnesota Dude". The Complete Story of How The Minnesota Dude Shipped My Convertible Bug Top Frame and Rear Window Glass to Hawaii Will Be Discussed.
If You Looked at My Carl Zsido Profile Feedback Section and I Know You Did, You Would Have Found the Minnesota Dude's Feedback for Me, as well as, My Feedback for the Minnesota Dude.
The Minnesota Dude's Name is Kim and Kim is a Nice Man.
Everett Barnes Reaction and Stated to Me in an Email was, "I'm impressed he shipped it first, that was nice of him"!
Yup, That was Nice of Kim but I Suggested to Kim Not to Do That Again Because There Are Not That Many Nice Guys Out There Like Me.
So Back to the Hawaii Shipping Details, in which, Kim Shipped the Convertible Bug Top Frame in a 47" x 31" x 8" "C" Shaped Box That had a Total Weight of 45 lb 7.6 oz and a Total Girth Measurement of 125". $246.60 (USPS Ground Advantage) + $8.40 (Nonstandard Length - Item Over 30") + $18.00 (Nonstandard Volume - Item Over 2 Cubic Feet) + $8.25 (Insurance - $500.00 Amount) = $281.25.
Kim Shipped the Rear Window Glass in a 34" x 16" x 8" Rectangle Box That had a Total Weight of 16 lb 4.4 oz and a Total Girth Measurement of 82". $87.45 (USPS Ground Advantage) + $8.40 (Nonstandard Length - Item Over 30") + $18.00 (Nonstandard Volume - Item Over 2 Cubic Feet) + $0.00 (Insurance - Up to $100.00 Included) = $113.85.
As You Have Read in my Other "True Life Adventure Zsido My Idol Stories" was that the Maximum Total USPS Girth Measurement is 130" and the Maximum Total USPS Weight is 70 Lbs.
Anything Bigger and Heavier Would Have to Be Ship With Either UPS (United Parcel Service) or Federal Express or a Shipping Company.
Plus, They Probably Will Boxed it up in a Wooden Crate or Put it on a Wooden Pallet Which Makes the Difficult Shipping More Expensive.
So That Is the "Hawaii Shipping Details From The Minnesota Dude".
Until My Next "True Life Adventure Zsido My Idol Stories", I Say to You, "OKAY THEN, LATERS". |
