Hello All! Just figured I'd show some photos and a video of my Ronal Kleeblatts I restored. 5.5"x15 made in Germany, I picked these wheels up a few years back now from user Slick_50. This was a fun project with the help of many friends.

I picked them up with a buddy of mine and brought them home to admire.

With center caps being rare on these, I decided to get another friend involved on 3D printing some caps!

Five caps were made to have an extra and heavy primer was used to fill in the 3D printing marks.

With the help of getting them blasted using plastic media from a friend, I prepped them, then some Axalta Sun gold FX was sprayed for the color by a group of my students!

Here's a video!

And heres a picture of them wrapped in Uniroyal 185/60 fronts and GoodYear 195/60 rears!

Hopefully next update they are on a car!

Thanks again Grafs!

I finally had to do a German-English translation via Google for the word "Kleeblatt," and it gave me "Shamrock." That's pretty cool!

Keep up the good work!

That word would sound like "clay blot" when said in German.

Ronals are killer looking wheels and the caps turned out great. What did you use for lugs? I have a set of these wheels but just can’t find the correct size lugs.

They do look like clovers.

Was there an issue with caps fitting over rear axle tips? Maybe print some taller caps?

Hey there! Prior to painting I had no issues with fitment on my 66 swing axle Fasty I intended the set of wheels to go on. However you are correct, the caps didnt clear the rear on my 70 IRS Squareback
