Need help sourcing T barbed fitting for dual MC to single res

Hi there everyone,

I've got a 59 that's using the later dual circuit MC and I'm wanting to keep my single line reservoir. When I bought the car, it had the blue braided lines with a barbed T(if I remember correctly) but that setup is long gone. I've found the blue braided 7mm line but I'm having problems finding a suitable T or Y to make the adaptation work.

Can anyone point me in the right direction or a search term to get better results?

Place the Y or T fitting as far away from the master as possible, close to reservoir. That way you will retain more fluid in each circuit's individual hose. The fluid stored in the hose will serve as a sort of reservoir so that you maintain fluid in one circuit if the other circuit leaks and drains the single reservoir, thus maintaining the redundancy of the dual circuit system. If the fitting is placed right up close to the master, the effectiveness of redundancy is diminished.

I ordered some Ts and will do as suggested to maximize reserve fluid, I honestly would have never thought of it, the T was going to go near the MC.

On my 56 I wanted to keep the stock reservoir also with my dual master but I just kept it for looks and went this route.

Do to road splash getting into the vent hole, dirt, difficulty in checking fluid level and reservoir flushing, I find placing the reservoir on the master as not a good option. Placed in the trunk negates all these problems.

I used that setup when testing the brakes on the pan but same as above, I don't want to leave the reservoir in that space permanently.

I've thought myself into a conundrum. The ports on the mc and the corresponding blue braided line is about 7mm. The single port reservoir is decidedly smaller. Is there some sort of rubber reducer I could use to pair the hose to the reservoir?
