Any one ever used the oversized pins (15.5mm) from WW?

Wanna find out what's involved as from what I see i would need two reamers, one for the upper and lower hole that has an interference fit with the pin on the door side, and one for the middle hole that has some clearance that the pin rotates in that attaches on the frame.

Also is there any other fix beside using an oversized pin?
It doesn't have much meat on that middle section with that 15mm pin(pic)to machine and press in a bushing to use a stock pin...??

is it the door weld on that has the wear, or the bolt on?

The door side is not susceptible to wear as it is made to hold the pin hard in place as mentioned before with a press fit.

I have only taken apart one hinge so far and the top hole has slightly more clearance than the bottom, +-14.98mm vs +-14.90mm....Not sure if this is done intentionally, if so then I might need 3 reamers!...Will have to check the others.

But yea....the bolt on side (pic) suffers all the wear as it is the pivot point

Hello,
Yes, they remove out the top. The early doors had the hinge "half" welded on by the factory, no screws to be messed with. Have fun getting them back in, it's not a straight shot with a punch and hammer. But, you can use a very large c-clamp too press them back in.
