Sorry if you already saw this, just trying real hard to cover all the bases!
Vanagon people join us for a nice day at the beach, Comon! Come out and lets talk, crazy mods, crabbing, enjoying beautiful New Jersey beaches, and well, whatever!

What's a Vanagon? Ya know – square, often forgotten stepchild of the classic hippie VW bus… made from 1980 to 1991 – often overlooked at most shows and events, but not here! Campers, Daily Drivers, Show Vans, Syncros, Transporters, Single and Double Cabs. Come on out and network, perhaps that "little part" you can't find, someone else has!
WHEN: August Saturday 14th, 11am’ish
WHERE: Berkeley Island County Park (Berkeley Township, NJ) http://www.co.ocean.nj.us/parks/bicp.html
What to bring:
Vanagon
Friends
Sun Screen
Crab Traps
Beach Towel
Some food/drink for a pot-luck beach lunch
This is a *non* camping event, if you are planning to stay over – there are several nice state parks in the area with good facilities. Email [email protected] for more info.
Stuff to do:
Crabbing, fishing, handicapped accessible, horseshoes, picnic area, grills, playground, restrooms, swimming, volleyball, covered pavilion. – YEA THAT’S STUFF TO DO!
Directions:
Garden State Parkway north/south to exit 74; east on Lacey Road to Route 9; north on Route 9; east (right) onto Harbor Inn Road; left at Neary Avenue; right on Brennan Concourse to Park entrance. (scroll down for maps..)
