While their supplies of parts might not tie directly into your VW parts buying, they are a pretty big player in the Parts Business, owning a good few brands that you might buy for some other vehicle.
Apparently their debt load has ballooned over time, partly due to buying all those brands they own.
FRAM is a big oart of their line-up, Trico as well. And,,,,, the banks that lent them all those loans are now sweating with their financial involvement to the company.
