I’ve only seen volumes 1 and 2 of Progressive Refinements posted or discussed. Anyone have any info on volume 3?

Yes. But, this was the first that I heard of it too.

It’s been sold. To me. But, given the vagaries of the postal system I’m keeping fingers crossed until it arrives.
