So I'm looking into buying some sheet metal for my double cab and alot of it I find is from companies in the U.S. shipping from out of the country, or from outside of the country.

So my question is has anyone had any problems with tariff from Cip1, Heritage Parts Center, or from Klassic Fab.

That question will likely best be answered by the vendors you listed. Ask them.

I got to pay a pretty stiff California sales tax on what I order. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

Are you paying at the door or while you check out. I've seen people order items and get taxed at the door.

Whoever brings it in has to pay the tariffs. If the business drop ships to you, its possible you can get a bill from the shipper for tariffs plus fees (which can be substantial).

The safe way is to have it shipped from a US location, and then tariffs are already handled.

What tariffs apply is like dust blowing in the wind but it is settling down.

I had to import stuff from Europe.

the tariff was 2 bux, no big deal but the motherfucking broker fee was 65 thru Fed Ex and you have no choice but to pay whatever the broker fee is and you have no choice in it. Like I couldn't pick a cheaper broker if I wanted to.

beyond that, it was pretty easy
