Almost impossible to see, but right below the windshield it says "Duke University", it was originally Dove Blue, had a repaint closer the the "Blue Devils" color at some point. fixed it for you. Not like there were many vans or buses available at the time that were electric or any such clean propulsion systems. Really the most fuel efficient gas vehicle of this size available used at the time.
