1951 motor show - the signwritten bus has a rear hatch and sliding door - did they have sliders this early?

Sorry gentlemen, a completely different band out of Winnipeg and spelled correctly. Ed Roth? Most likely just imitating his style, and that font I think is something he probably would not have used.
