I wonder what kind of roof rack that is? I also wonder if it was meant to be the full length. It looks to be purpose built for the pads to fit between the roof windows . Being it is on a barn door Im sure its probably stupid rare.

I think you might be right on that ,At first it looks like a barn door roof but on close inspection you can see the flanges of the inlets for the roof vents just kinda blending in some how.

I'm wondering how they made that track rollable, we had a little ride on electric train when the kids were small, and I made extra track for it from wood (and extra rolling stock), but a big long flexible run like that would have been over the top.
