Is there a way to narrow the control arms on a 74 super beetle and would it do the samething as narrowing a beam.

not unless you're planning to narrow the body at the top[???], because the struts -that mount to the upper part of the body complete the "triangle"
that forms the suspension.in other words the instead of of standard beetles which have a independant chassis from the body, super's have sorta a unibody front. you would have so much positive camber that when you went around a corner, the car would be riding on the edges of the wheels.
