Medieval Buggies

At last Sunday's Pomona Swap Meet (October 17) I saw a booth setup with nothing more than a buggy frame and a set of tubular 3x3 arms. Nobody was around, so I picked up a flyer. the company was Medieval Buggies. on the page, there was nothing mentioned about frame construction, but there was an ad for the arms - $375. constructed out of 1.5" DOM tubing, they looked like they were made quite well.

I was wondering if any of you out there have ever heard of this company or know how well their arms hold up to abuse.
