Custom wiring harness help *pic heavy

So, I purchased this harness a few years ago from Aircool Autoelec. I asked for mini fuse set up with some extra wires for switched power accessories etc. I got the harness unpacked it, ran it from the back to front and kinda left it. I've gotten back into my project and ran into some issues with this harness.

The most glaring issue is that none of the fuses are labled, nor did the harness come with any instructions on how to identify them.

I've gotten most of the wiring hooked up, a handful of it was pretty strait forward. Now I'm left with some unaccounted wires and relays and plugs. I will post pictures of all of this below. The things I have yet to hook up are, the ignition and the turn signal harness. I have not hooked up any relays or anything like that. The harness came with 1 relay (HSR I think) but not really sure how I am supposed to hook it up. Please look at the photos, it's everything I have and have been using. I would really appreciate some help.

I have contacted Ian at Aircooled Autoelec several times over the last 6 months with no response.
