Hey Doug,
CaLiBus has a 328050 three rib.
I have a 328082 smooth.
I haven’t seen any more specific refinement data posted.
Pretty narrow range though. Please tell me your VIN doesn’t fall between the two. _________________ aka: Evan

What's your VIN or build date?
Show us some pics! (upload to the Gallery).
I searched the Gallery, 49-67 campers section, for "propane" and you can get one more page of results if you do the same search with keyword = *fridge*
(include the asterisks when typing in search term) _________________ aka: Evan

I don't see the smoke stack? Didn't they have a smoke stack to vent the fumes from the fridge? _________________ Go Reds! Smash state!

I'm sure this question has been answered somewhere in this thread, but I'll ask it again here. I know what the last chassis number is for '58 (listed in the technical section), but when did the actual '58 model year end? I know for the beetle, the first '59s were built in August of '58, but was the Transporter model year different? I found this document (Progressive Refinements?) that appears to indicate the '59 model year didn't start until Nov. 1.

A Euro 58 would not have blinkers up front and it would have semaphores.
time to break out the grinder and see if the semaphores are still under there? _________________ regards
