I think it's always been up for debate or personal opinion.
I'd say 10% of the pics posted here are Cool, to me.
There are tons of pics here that are beautiful and scenic and great to see.

The first post says the best bus pictures you have so maybe the title is poor as that is more of what gets posted.
I randomly went back to page 200 and quickly scrolled through about 15 pages, possibly missing some cool pics due to speed
These 2 pics below caught my eye as cool.
Everything else, notsomuch, although there were some very nice photos and I'm sure some fit into a list of "Best Bus photos"

That's what's cool about this thread: it's all in the eye of the beholder. One picture may meet the 'cool' standard for one person but not another. This picture (below) is cool; maybe it's due to sentimental value or the fact that I took the picture and was there, but that being said, I can see how someone else may not think the same.

So, judging by your examples, a cool photos should:
1) Show the bus in some sort of motion or action, and
2) Contain some sort of artistic composition.
I thought the photo I just posted was cool, because it showed the bus contrasted against a sea of hot rods.
