I'm installing the cargo door outer rocker right now and will eventually be replacing the floors as well, but not right now. The floor is so gone that I don't have it for a height reference for the rocker and I wanted to know if the top of the outer rocker should be parallel with the inner rocker or slightly higher like I have it in the photo?

I'm thinking it should be where I have it, that the part of the floor that goes over the rocker is the same as the high points in the corrugation, but I just want to be sure.

I don't have a new floor to test fit, so if you could please look at the photo and tell me if the outer rocker vertical location looks correct, or if it should be lowered to be the same height as the inner rocker or somewhere in between. I'd really appreciate it.

Getting about .210" to .220" above the floor ribs. Since the latch area does have some surface rust, would not be surprised if it was .230" originally.

Above the low point in the floor ribs right? And by floor ribs you mean the literal floor skin right, not the supporting structure.

Meaning 1 foot scale laid over the top of the floor skin ribs, ends up lower than the top of the latch plate surface.

Are your doors still mounted? Why not vise grip it in place, close the doors and set it where you have a good gap? In the end you want a good latching point for the doors.

They are not currently mounted, and I'm replacing the C-pillar + wheel well - that said, the C-pillar and well is tacked in so I could hang the door to double check the rocker placement. I should do that anyways, thank you for reminding me.
